Mold in Commercial Space
Mold spores are always in the air, everywhere around us. It just depends on whether the conditions are ripe for mold to take hold and grow. Mold really needs just two things to grow: moisture and a food source. It can grow in as quickly as two weeks. This could be why we see mold growing in the strangest places. These photos show mold growing behind sheet rock in a commercial space in Eatontown, which was discovered after water damage was mitigated. Commercial spaces are especially prone to mold, since the interior environment is much different than in a residential home.
