Basement Water Damage

The finished basement in this house suffered water damage from a leaking washing machine, which damaged the entire area. Originally, the floor was covered with self-adhesive vinyl tiles, which after water destroyed the adhesive and ruined the finish. After extraction and drying mitigation, the floor and vapor barrier were removed from the entire basement space. Our reconstruction department replaced both the vapor barrier and flooring, but to modernize the space they decided to go with a water-proof vinyl plank floor. They also installed new baseboards and trim, to complete the renovation. The customer was extremely happy from start to finish.
